Liu Guiyun (born February 1972) is a Professor at the Maritime School of Ningbo University, holding a Ph.D. from Shanghai Maritime University. She is recognized as a Zhejiang Provincial Distinguished Mid-aged and Young Academic Leader, a member of the Zhejiang "151 Talent Project" (Third Level), a Ningbo Leading and Top Talent Cultivation Project (Second Level) participant, and a Ningbo Philosophy and Social Sciences Academic Leader.
Her research focuses on port management, waterway transportation planning, and management. She has led or participated in over 10 provincial/ministerial-level research projects (including National Natural Science Foundation of China, Zhejiang Provincial Natural Science Foundation, and key soft science projects) and more than 50 government/enterprise commissioned projects. She has published over 50 core journal papers and authored 3 academic monographs. Her awards include:
